From what I've seen not everyone, take Nero saber as an example. I would've said BB but that's still confusing to me, it's like she's way into the MC but also not too much or at all or something like that.

You can't really take anything BB says seriously, she simply messes around with others for her own amusement. As for both Nero and Tamamo they make pretty clear they're still into Hakuno
