I think they just saying Brazilian Miku is not minor based on her design and headcanon not by the original artist who created Brazilian Miku and original Miku’s “ages” is for marketing not canon and original Miku is not even minor as well either and there was even the song Blue planet where Miku was a old lady
The original Brazilian Miku artist has openlt states shes of legal age
