Dear Commander,
EM-2's Neural Upgrade will be accessible on Jun. 25th. Her second skill "Resentful Pursuit" will be a great addition to her first skill and promise to enhance her combat capabilities. And her special equipment "JS Chip" is set to increase damage, accuracy, and crit damage.
