I took a swing at translating this, but I wasn't able to get very far beyond Kachina's name being clearly visible on the right.
I feel the text has to be either the dialogue of those two punks in the Archon quest who were talking shit about Kachina while she was temporarily dead, or Mualani's inner dialogue in response to said punks.

to be honest, if you see a cute friend of yours being bullied by bunch of nobodies. I too would be seething in desire to beat them up.
