Looking at this situation, I personally think artists have to start learning how to hide and isolate their Umamusume porn from the public, like what Japanese-speaking RPF (real person fiction) yaoi artists/authors do.
They have particularly strict rules like censoring names or using "codenames", posting only on private accounts, setting up passwords, and even forbidding relinking them anywhere. I mean, Umamusume characters are closely based off of existing beings too.

Yes. In fact, that's probably the most viable option for both English and Japanese-speaking fans alike, if they have no private/protected accounts.
There are also less effective ways such as inserting symbols between letters like t☆h☆i☆s or t◆h◆i◆s. Using slashes or dots are straight up ineffective since they get caught in searches. Some others use emoji to signify the character or person, but I don't think it'd work for figures who have fan mark emojis like idols and VTubers.
As for your comment, it looked normal and worked well! The keywords don't show up on Danbooru's search results.

Yakuza my ass. There are people pretending to be "self-righteous" when they're just bunch of pricks who bully and attack artist who draw questionable umamusume artwork. The guidelines exist only in paper to keep the horse owners from not agreeing with Cygames. (Of course it doesn't stop cygames from adding stuff and giving a middle finger to this rule)
But posting an actual lewd in public is still draws ire anyway. Like that certain yuri CN artist went menhera mode after her artwork got nuked.
