Welcome to the NHK!
How did everyone celebrate "Broadcasting Day" in the middle of the holiday weekend?
As for me,
I tried drawing an illustration of the people who brought forth the elites currently setting national policy.
As for the criteria I used to select these characters from amongst the many works,
I set certain criteria and chose based on those.
The criteria are pretty vague though, so some of these characters may seem out of place. (forgive me!) _(:3｣∠)_
The title is a play on the title of the non-NHK anime NHK ni Youkoso!. All of these characters and series were broadcast by Japan's public broadcast station, the NHK.
