Honestly, kind of disappointed that the transformation wasn't as drastic as Ro-500's.
RO got a tan and her uniform was taken from the already established IJN swinsuits but Ugume basically didnt had anything to base of with the Argentinian navy tbh. The change of colours was probably his most safe choice. Now if she speaks Argentinian spanish, that would be an absolute win on my book.
