You're a really negative dude, aren't you? Technically speaking, that's really all a striker unit is. I mean at least give the artist credit for coming up with the idea of modern strike witches....

ALSO: Since when do Striker Units have on-board weapons? I don't think it's a good idea to fire a missile that will be flying mere inches past you.

This is (as far as I'm concerned) the most beautiful striker unit in the world, the Su-33 "Flanker-D". It's Ogitsune's favorite jet fighter. This is the third squadron of the air group assigned to the Orussian Federation Maritime Fleet's carrier "Admiral Kuznetsov". Front: Major Lilia A Starikov (age 16); her familiar is the crane. Back: Captain Ludomira V Varnavskaya (age 17); her familiar is the swan. By the way, some family of mine will be coming home at the end of the month, so I won't be posting as much.

Few if any missiles take strait off of an aircraft, they usually fall away form the aircraft before the rocket engine ignites to help keep said munition form hitting the wing of said aircraft.

And the witches also has their own shield. The back blast from the missile won't do anything to them

The SU-33 is anachronistic for 1991. Closest would be SU-27

SU-33 first tested on 1987,so this mean in 1991 it's still on development before it's official introduction in 1998

Lol, in Russia we don't call planes by name of mother warship, we call every aircraft subdivision in its own way, like "Русские Витязи" or "Стрижи".
