I give it about a 5% chance of working for utsuho since byakuren was up to something last comic.

I can expect this to hurt the head for both very badly. Utsuho is all about recoil moves anyways...

A bit late of a response (just two years later) but it's because Okuu is grabbing onto Shou's bra and is conveniently covered by Okuu's ribbon.
