I'm probably just a bit confused from being in before translation, but...did Utsuho just do the rough equivilant of sidestepping and letting Shou just keep flying?

Seems like it. She merely jumped out of the way, and Shou just kept on flying.

Yeah that's what I gathered as well. Okuu is not such a bird brain after all in this. Shou would of done better if she kept her grappling strategy like she had before.

But she agreed not to use those, remember? Or at least, she agreed not to just use those attacks.

Yeah, you are right, but this is effectively punching and throwing a feather around. It looks bad for Shou and I'm thinking shes gonna tire herself out unless she can get a solid blow.

Not exactly. Even if she agrees not to use grapples, theres a ton of moves she could use on Okuu. A lariat for example would use Okuu's speed to Shou's advantage.

Have to like Shou's sportsmanship, but something tells me it won't be for long...

My bet is Okuu gets hit by a kick in the next strip.

Like her beams, the trajectory of Shou's dropkick will curve.

That sound effect in the last panel begs me to believe that Shou didn't just go flying off.

Looks like feathers and cloaca.

I'm still hoping for a Tenshi/Okuu victory, but so far all the victors have been the predictable ones... I really hope we'll get a few underdog surprises.
