I mean, he kinda abandoned his then-wife Rennala (who mind you, is Rellana's sister) to shack up with Marika (who mind you, is Radagon's other half; mans literally left to go fuck himself) because her 13' GigaChad then-husband Godfrey ended up being Tarnished.
It's possible that Rellana met Radagon before in the Carian Family-Golden Order war (post #10555290 shows this artist might believe that idea, anyway), and doesn't believe that Radagon has good intentions in making peace or betrothing her sister.
Unfortunately Rellana was probably right, given the state we find Renalla in.
