Kokonoe only says she's KIND OF related to the Kaka clan. Kokonoe is the daughter of Jubei and Nine. If Nine isn't a cat-person, then Kokonoe is only half-cat. The Kaka clan are heavily modified genetic clones of Jubei. Although it's unclear how much modification was done, other than the reproductive modification, it seems reasonable that, being clones, the Kaka clan is closer to Jubei than Kokonoe is, and therefore far less human.
And if anyone wants to bring up Tao saying Kokonoe looks like a Kaka, let's keep in mind that Tao is functionally retarded.
Well, there is still hope. Because of heavy modification, she could actually look more human, but of course it could be the other way round.
But till they actually take off the hood, its gonna be speculation...
But lets face it, We have a skimpy squirrel girl, a valkyrie, a hot pole dancing china girl, two swimsuit wearing mecha girls and a twin gun totting girl showing a little too much back. The chances they will make Taokaka a hawt catgirl is gonna be really high.
Or, y'know, she could be kept the mildly sexy comic relief she already is and everyone could accept that the odds are astronomically in favour of the already visibly obvious?

Besides, how she looks like is not set in stone until the hood comes off, regardless of how much facts are stacked that she will look feline, human or look like Cthulhu :P

The art of Taokaka in a bath with Litchi shows that her skin is bare, she doesn't have fur like Jubei does. Even her tail seems to just kind of fade in at it's base. As well, I've seen a few other posts of yours where you bring up various things saying that she probably has paws for hands and feet. It could be speculated as such, sure, but when checking her skeletal features with the 'x-ray' via electrocution, she does seem to have different hands and feet, but there are a few inconsistencies.
1) Her ears appear along with her skeletal structure, which shouldn't be the case.
2) The ends of her sleeves are actually containing large fish.
To me, this just seems too much like a joke to take seriously, since honestly taking the 'x-ray' at face value, you'd have to accept that fish make up the majority of her arm space, and that she has bones for ears. There's also the fact that the 'claws' she uses are obviously weapons of some sort, and you'd be hard pressed to find a way for a typical cat paw to hold any kind of weapon.
As for considering that she has digitigrade feet, that seems like a pretty far out supposition given the footwear of other characters. Litchi has a much smaller foot profile than Taokaka, and she is definitely not some kind of animal person. The leg 'sleeves' make them seem wider than they are towards the bottom, so who's to say that the footwear isn't specifically designed to resemble digitigrade feet in an effort to complete the image of a cat-like person? Especially if they're paying homage to Jubei, who they were created from?
The only null point is her face, which has no real argument aside from non-canon quips about being a mask. Considering the above though in relation to the nature of her hands and feet, it would be fairly unlikely for her to have a truly inhuman face. However, it likely won't be revealed either, since that would just raise questions about how she can have such a large looking mouth full of teeth while realistically having a fairly human appearance, and it will remain unrevealed so they can continue to milk the stylistic exaggerations they can get away with due to the fact that her true facial features are a complete null.
Also, after all that tl;dr, one other point: If the direct offspring of Jubei and a non-catperson(?) results in the clearly humanoid Kokonoe, then who is to say that the Kaka clan has to have animalistic features as well simply because they're clones using his genetic material? They already don't have fur, so clearly they're not intended to be 100% accurate recreations. They're genetically engineered, so that's more or less saying they're spliced from mixed sources rather than just developed straight from the source, why not splice them in a way that's clearly effective even in nature?

Riddle me this: Jubei, who has paws, holds his sword with his mouth. If Taokaka has paws, how can she use weapons with them when the only other character in the series that could have similar features can't use his to handle weapons?
She can use weapons because she has hands, and you're basing your entire argument solely on the absence of proof to back your claims, made solely to attempt to counter the otherwise popular fan opinion of Taokaka's appearance.

And FYI, this is pretty much only a popular opinion about her appearance because you guys are all "ZOMG I can't fap to her if she's more than the magical 10% furry" and in denial of the fact that she doesn't wear a mask.
Also, her weapons appear to be built into the sleeves, like Hsien-Ko, so she doesn't even necessarily need to be holding them. And how the flying hell am I "admitting I'm wrong" by pointing out that the art you cited doesn't even show her supposedly human hands as you so claimed? That's not admitting I'm wrong, it's challenging you to find me some official artwork that actually shows her hands and feet {hint: there is none, further showing that there's no concrete evidence either way regarding what her limbs look like, rendering this argument pointless and your smugness completely unwarranted} if you want me to believe you.
