Uh, I'm not sure how this is called in English, some sort of chilli paste is what I use. Not directly, but like mixing rice with egg (along with other stuff like vegetables and spinaches) and then making it spicy with the chilli.
Ehhhh I just eat it by itself. No salt either. Ah, when I eat it as a part of sandwich I use hot sauce though.
Truly urban style <3 though hot sauce I like too sometimes, and sometimes I also like to add steak sauce. I've never tried soy sauce but that sounds good!

I think I'd try Pepper & Salt.
Let me explain Hijikata style, in case you don't know what it is: Mayonnaise:Food Ratio - 10:1. Thus the food you consume would be Mayo, with some egg topping...
PS: I nkow, that Mayonnaise tastes good with nearly every damn thing...

Salt and pepper, sometimes also onion or garlic powder and a little marjoram. Though now I want to try soy sauce. Too bad I don't have any eggs to experiment on.
Salt, pepper, soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, mayo, hot sauce, some onion powder, some cayenne pepper powder, fried in garlic oil and topped with chopped parsley.. There ya have it, my custom fried eggs..
