That's actually a good question. I mean, in the past we had implications of the human being hurt by the centipede girl (See post #6287849 and post #6368586 for examples) so making a comic of the ant bully getting what they deserve shouldn't be that hard.

Down-on-his-luck centipede fodder god of cockroaches needs some way to vent his frustrations if this is all the same person, especially if the bugs only look like cute girls to our POV but he sees regular RL bugs. Simply put, he's already living in punishment from his point of view and bullying ants is his way of feeling like he has control over something in life.

I don't think so either. The personalities of the humans in this comics series are different enough to assume there's more than a single human interacting with our favorite arthropod girls.
