No, that's normal for the xxxHolic series. Arms and legs are unthinkable long compared to the anatomy of a normal human.

The arms are proportional to the bodies, in some sense. If I relax my arms, my elbows approximately reach my waist, and I can hold up my hand and touch my cheek while keeping my elbow by my waist. However, the torsos themselves are too long as well.

By the way, this isn't restricted to only xxxHolic - it's present in all of CLAMP's works.
