Yes. Women indeed do have multiple eggs.

Albeit only one is usually ejected, but I suppose there are a myriad of ways to get around that problem.

Then again, we are not seeing multiple eggs being fertilized. We aren't actually seeing *any* eggs fertilized. It's possible the shot of multiple eggs is representing the inside of the ovaries and the many ova in them. Her saying eggS may just be a mistranslation, just saying she's saying to increase the "sexiness" of the whole thing, or perhaps that she'll do this again in the future.

Lots of possibilities.
