It is. Same as parent image just with ukrainian text. Might just imagine due to naming similarity, since Vepr-12 "Molot" (Aper, wild boar 12 "hammer") is russian shotgun based on AK/RPK, while "Vepr" (simply "Wild boar") is ukrainian bullpup modernized AK-74 assault rifle.
