For the record the aside in panel three is probably either more of Konata insisting that nothing was going on or Tsukasa buying the excuse and thinking it was okay to have walked in, but I can't make it out to be sure.

I believe Tsukasa know she is intruding she seems to be sharp o these kind of situations
