It would be fine if one appreciates art in a constructive manner. I mean, this is a virtual art gallery, if you come to one screaming about how much you like a piece of art, that comes across as more disrespectful to the art, if you get what I'm saying. In a similar way, saying how much you jerked off to a piece of art is also quite disrespectful to the art itself, at least in my view, along with some other people here. You can appreciate art, but those types of posts seem quite counteractive, it is still quite disrespectful no matter the intention, which is why we downvote some posts.
As for the art at hand here, I do appreciate how the artist uses technique to portray the image in a more terrifying way. I'm not an artist myself, so I might not convey my thoughts properly. The shade on the edges makes it almost like tunnel vision, something you kind of get when you are in extreme stress or shock; the focal point of the image is already quite haunting, with the girl on the right eminating blood from the eyes, while the other is leaking blood from the mouth, both pale. They're like zombies, you know, except they are still living, at least from what I percieve. The shading on the creases of their clothing only make it seem more dark. The blood on the hair is also quite a gruesome sight. It seems to cultivate a sense of disgust and pity in the viewer... While I tend to like art that is more cute, wholesome, and kind of funny, from my perspective, this is a great work.

Not to mention that they're trying to talk to the artist despite this being a third-party reupload site.
