The hell?

It looks a good bit like a Section 9 Operator/Sophie from Dominion Tank Police in a swimsuit...which makes sense of Bell.

Will the real Belldandy PLEASE stand up?

Still, it would give "OMG!" the spice it has desperately needed as of late.

This one needs to be updated... massively... Anyone know who drew what? Some art style seems really familiar to me but I can't put my hand on it...

Is this an actual page from the manga? If so, which chapter is this from?

I believe Dai Gassaku was a collab between multiple artists to celebrate an anniversary of Afternoon magazine, ten years or something. So it’ll have been the artists contributing to the magazine at the time.

Which makes sense now I think about it - the standing/stretching Bell on the left does have a slight whiff of Kenichi Sonoda about her, and he’d have been in mid-Gunsmith Cats around then. Other than that, I dunno… bottom left = Kia (Silent Möbius/Nadesico) Asamiya…?
