That's her original measurements in her prototype character design sheet before they nerfed it to 73cm after rebooting the franchise.

Of course back then she also used to be a crazy chuunibyou yandere who's also an active professional actress on top... yeah the early Umamusume characterizations were wild. Also Kingu and Mac were textbook villainesses, and Nature was a gold digger supreme.

Part of me wonders what would've happened if Kingu and Mac were still villainesses, although I doubt their relationships with Urara and Raisu would be less friends/roommates and closer to early Norn Cinderella's step-sisters...

The only explanation I can think of was "her original design and/or 3D model looked too thin" for an 81cm bust

P.S. That would put her in the same size as Spe and Vivlos, both of who aren't exactly "flat" by any measure...

Imagine if the current Kingu or Mac gets isekai'd into an "older setting" umaverse where they were originally villainesses. Like one of those villainess isekai LNs/mangas.

For added hilarity they will suddenly have an additional pair of ears. And everyone else are vegetarians. Oh and Rudolf will be ice-skating with Oguri, because why the heck not.

(IIRC the closest we get for now is Kingu getting isekai'd into the Umanest fantasy setting in some doujins.)
