It's not, actually. There's zero relation to Helldivers in this art, or the other artworks that feature the "Hellships II" logo. It's just the artist putting random logos and references together. It's the same with them putting "I AM THE STORM THAT IS APPROACHING" in the art, which is just as nonsensical.
