Dokibird has been invited to celebrate her birthday at the iBuyPower x Hyte booth at Anime Expo this July. Two big sponsors who've dropped their connections with Nijisanji.
As someone who used to watch Elira, I am actually feeling bad for her.
Being made to torpedo your own reputation, being framed as some evil queen bully, and for that bootlicking she did, Riku won't even give a shit to save the branch.
Niji EN could have succeeded, at least as the #2 brand in global Vtubing, and all they had to do was just keep it the way they did in 2021 and 2022.
I'll only make this statement once [...] We survived one of our darkest moments together and I just want to focus on being happy. I'm not here to be used to spread negativity because that's the opposite of what my streams and projects are. I'll always try to put a smile and make you guys laugh because the world always need more happiness and laughter. So let's not focus on the past and look forward to the future [...]
From her very first return stream, she made it very clear that she wanted to put all the bullshit behind her, but there's a lot of people who only know her as, "That ex-Nijisanji V-tuber that stuck it to 'em!" So when they hear 'Nijisanji' they immediately think 'Dokibird' and vise-versa, and these people are either too dense, or too internet-addicted and ADHD to take subtle hints.

We live in a world of short-attention people who are addicted to hate just to cope that they have a semblance of control of their lives, unfortunately. Social medias only serves to magnify this.
I feel it like the same way people like the stereotypical SJWs and feminazis act. On paper their goal for equality and women rights are good, but somehow they themselves fall for the tribalism they're supposed to fight against that everything becomes an "us VS them" matter to them. Then at a point the fight stops being about trying to make a better community/society and it just became blind anger for the sake of blind anger.

If people need to be told to settle down, then even if they do listen, they'll probably need to be reminded several times for it to stick. If a person is mature enough to not engage in this kind of behavior, then they don't need to be told this in the first place.
I know content creators still need to make statements like this every once in a while to keep things under control, but it's still a shame that they need to constantly babysit the more extreme parts of their fanbase.
What "we"? There is no we. It's all fictional entertainment and paid actors.
She can say whatever we want, we're not obliged to obey.
And this is the type of sad crowd that is bringing the vtubing community down. People that just want to have a reason to be misogynistic, hateful, and racist because they think there's a justification to do so. So glad the nijisub is locked so these fools are regulated in 4chan and other obscure subs.

And of course treat their talents with some dignity and respect considering they're, you know, making them money. I keep thinking about that Breaking Bad scene with Mike yelling at Walt. They really did have a good thing going.

Very ironic statement given that this post is an example of "fans" disrespecting talents as well as the wishes of their own oshi. The person who made this animation doesn't seem to be an actual Doki fan, though. Please do not deflect to "company bad" when the issue at hand is the bad behavior of a certain subset of the Western Vtubing culture. The disingenuous concern trolling is the most disgusting aspect of this harassment campaign.
What a lot of you people don't seem to understand is, this guy saw Doki's response, deleted this and uploaded a better gif. but now it's going to live forever.

Claimed it was a "corrupted" file. Sweeping it under the rug won't work when third-party sites like this exist.

He did so after first; "apologizing" that he knew it was wrong to do, but NEEDED to get it out of his system so he could move on, and that in a way he was FORCED to do it. And after seeing Doki's response to his animation, deleted it and claimed that he "accidentally" uploaded a "corrupted" file.
Also, I dream of a day when Doki's fans stop deflecting that it's not "them" responsible for the targeted harassment, death threats (Aia talked about getting them), etc. Nah fam, it is "you." And it will continue to be "you" until Doki states that anyone who sends death threats/harassment is not welcome in her community. If Shu can say it to his parasocial fans, doki can say it to her neckbeard basement-dwelling fans.

How the hell did you found racism and misogyny in my post? Paid actors is a racial slur? Guy saying he doesn't automatically obey his oshi is misogyny? You need therapy mate.

You're defending an animation where Vox is depicted in a way that is a racist caricature of Chinese people, which since you never followed Doki when she was Selen. SHE'S. FUCKING. CHINESE. And the misogyny is the cum leaking from Elira's mouth and pubes stuck between her teeth. Hope that helps you fucking idiot.
I hate how humans can get so pissed at each other because of the troll-meme which was created due to LOCATION. And that one is just great take. When you depict british man (as far as I googled, Akuma Vox is british man) wearing asian conical hat, bilibili sign and his normal clothes - it's racist. Wowie, now I'm gonna get racist for looking at japanese girls in american flag bikini.
*This* is what people were freaking out over??? From the way people talked about it I thought Vox and Elira were getting brutally raped. This is a little childish yeah, but people are acting as if he animated Doki beheading them.

Those are two completely different things. At no point in history has someone wearing an American flag bikini ever been associated with racism, nor does it have any real cultural significance to Americans. The stereotypical Chinese person wearing a conical hat has, however. Your argument would be like trying to argue that drawing someone wearing black face because they were somewhere associated with African or African-American culture wouldn't be racist because it was "location relevant." It's still fucking racist.

So, only asian people can wear asian conical hats, otherwise it's racist. First costume of Nina Kosaka is racist by design, basically. Enough of sarcasm, my argument is that drawing someone wearing kufi doesn't make it racist by default. Racism is when you trying to humilate and discriminate other cultures, their traditions and appearance. There should be a racist context too, because it could be very different when people using blackface to mock racists themselves or when people just don't know about what blackface implies at all. In this art kikino humilating Vox Akuma and Elira Pendora in a very obvious manner. The only thing missing is a Winnie the Pooh shirt on him, but even then some people would be mad at the art being racist despite it's obviously being satirical. It's not about hating chinese people, it's a caricature on Vox streaming on bilibili. It's just looking hillarious, a... let's say, chinese cranberry (reload the page if translation doesn't work or look at this link). That's why I'm saying that if that's racist for you then wearing american flag bikini or union jack is racist too.

It's about the whole picture and the context of what the artist is doing. I refuse to believe you this fucking stupid that you can't tell why the artist drew vox the way he did.
And the misogyny is the cum leaking from Elira's mouth and pubes stuck between her teeth.
Putting aside the issue of misogyny for a moment, is that actually cum? It looks like it could just be drool to emphasize how worn out she is. That said, it does seem like she has a stray pubic hair near her mouth.
Given these details, this post definitely shouldn't be G, but I think these details may be too subtle for E. I've bumped it to Q and added stray pubic hair. I'm going to assume the "cum" is just drool for now.

If so, please, enlighten me why the artist drew this and what the artist is doing. With solid proofs and examples from other posts that the artist is actually racist towards chinese people. For now I see such allegations as a make-believe.
