My idea is a scene of both being caught in the act. March 7th thought she was having sex with the Trailblazer (Male) but it was actually Sparkle, who had transformed into the trailblazer in order to have a relationship with March 7th.

As soon as they were caught, Sparkle reverted to her original form with a smiling expression.
