    Undoubtedly a fine portrait of a Polish Lancer, but of those who were Napoleonic auxiliaries: there was no Polish Army in the early 19th century --- and at most other times.

    ...You never heard of Duchy of Warsaw nor about Legion of Vistula which weren't auxiliaries huh?
