I don't know if you want to count it, but I could totally direct you to some of my favorite NicoNicoDouga manga's that feature PC-98 characters.

All the other comics in the set tell it as a hilarious take on Touhou 2. THIS COMIC is the ONLY one that pisses me off in that this set me up to hope for him continuing into 3 and further. But he then stops. I hope he continues, but it seems unlikely now.
