Why isn't this in the badass pool? Actually, she's been pretty badass since Ran and Yukari became loli.

I want this Chen to be Canon Chen so much.

Perfect Memento in Strict Sense repeatedly warns the reader that Chen is extremely dangerous when under Ran's orders, moving fast enough to appear to be teleporting, having lots of black magic at her disposal, etc that even running away will be very difficult.

But then again, Bohemian Archive in Japanese Red reveals that Chen is clumsy enough to have little control over cats and get her fingers bitten and so on. But anyway, Chen by herself is indeed damn powerful and probably badass when she's serious. Like here.

There definitely needs to be more Morino Hon Chen, and less Honk Honk Chen.
