There's actually quest in World of Warcraft that references touhou, I think the quest was 'A Tiny, Clever Commander' where in Loch Modan you had go to camp south of there and slay "Commander" Nazrim who is sorta a leader to the Kobold who are rat-like (Even though Nazrin's a mouse youkai).
