The only ones who have any major changes are Franky and Usopp. Everyone else is the same with some new clothes, and hair/scars.

And Usopp only got some 6-packs, too. Luffy in particular is 100% the same. (I wish he had at least gotten taller, didn't he go from 17 to 19 just now?)

So actually, they could have changed a lot more.
