SAI + CS3. Today, 8/21 is Espeon's Day. Little sis Sylveon came to celebrate it with her, she could only blush. (*>ω<)
Finally done... perhaps. I have done quite much, but sometimes I still think it is still insufficient with some inaccuracies. I was a little late, it still took too long to draw this. Ah well, at least to have such happy Vees....
