I believe this is called a "ridertaur", where it's like a regular taur, but with the head of the animal/creature the human torso fused with remains intact. The human part usually located on the creature's back (like a horseriding, hence the name), bottom of the neck, or head like this one.

One other example I could think of is Zanbamon.
