According to a 2009 guide, he is 164cm (5'4") and 56kg (123lb). You know who else is 164cm and 56kg?

They're kids, so being under 5'4 is pretty normal at their age. I'm also pretty sure they're taller than 5'4 when they grow up. I was just almost certain that the Saiyan prince would be taller than me, and I'm 165 cm which is really short (I put my life on the line every time an ant shows up outside my home...)
