Besides the obvious ones, I think the other reasons why Epinel is odd one out compared to fellow Nepenthe squadmates and Rewind squad are that:

1. She's shorter compared to others here
2. She did not exposing her stomach
3. She's not manufactured by Tetra Line, as she is from Missilis Industries instead
