Dear Commander,
From Apr. 9th, RO635's Sakura Milkshake will be available in The Girls' Afternoon Prelude gacha. In the USA, at the end of the last century, some waitresses would place cigars on their trays like this and try to sell them. Unfortunately, I don't have any cigars, but would you like a milkshake, Commander?
