Hang on, why is she Self-Conscious about her RCS? Is the Felon's RCS THAT bad?
For a stealth fighter, yes. The Felon has rivets and screws which bounce off radar, the internal bay isn't pressurized so there's an airgap just begging to be pinged by the next Zoltan Dani, and there's the typical post-soviet shoddy craftsmanship. The public got to see just how much the 57 deserves "Fraud" as a reporting name when one was showed off for the Zhuhai Airshow last year, but all its problems were known among military circles beforehand.

The plane that was shown off at the Zhuhai Airshow was the Russian T-50, it is basically a non stealth export variant of the Su 57 but so far no nation showed much interest (I wonder why)

The T-50 IS the Su-57, that's what it was called before it got it's official number (think of how the f-35 was called the x-35). And there are no "non-stealth" versions of the Felon, the 57E's only differences are in the IFF and miscellaneous stuff. There can't be a non-stealth version because the stealth aspects are part of the very airframe.
Also take a moment to think about what you just said. At an airshow where they want to look their best to attract buyers, why would Russia choose to show the worst version of their supposed crown jewel?

Well it seems Algeria decided to purchase some recently
