From what I know, reasons why this series is not approved: - It's a Part 2 of a series. I am not sure if anyone will want to read a sequel without reading the first of the series beforehand. And the first does not seem to be translated at that. - Just recently, there have been a number of japanese artists requesting for removals of their works off Danbooru in fear of copyright infringement. If someone approved this series, it might complicate things further, since this series is recent and still sold out there...
