Incest is wincest. Inbreeding isn't that bad so long as your family tree doesn't have incest in your line for about 5 generations or so. It's a slight increase in cancer risk but it's all around not a big deal.
Plus, "Outbreeding" is just as bad as inbreeding. Has the same effects, too. So you need some incest in your family tree every now and then.

Total BS. Outbreeding Depression doesn't exist among humans. That's something that occurs when the two mates are extremely genetically distant, such that they are, or basically are, two entirely different species. If that occurred in humans, then it would mean one of the partners wasn't even genetically human.
