(if the translation is correct [cannot_read_japanese.jpg]) it looks like the artist or whomever this directs to either fixed their PC/laptop/mac whatever they have, calling it a revival. Now that the computer is fixed, the dude/dudet can now live on the computer rather than the outside word. Also, after maybe lost files, he/she can collect crap now. And Now he/she can live in seclusion, again.
