All or most of this person's "art" on pixiv is tagged as AI-Generated
This one is dated to 2021, so I'm pretty confident in saying this one at least isn't AI-generated. It seems this was an artist who switched to AI at some point, which is always a shame to me. It's just so...Sleazy, to switch to AI when you can actually draw.
