That's a Neumann TLM, likely the 103 based on those colors, and yeah... Those things are NOT cheap. Neumann has been THE endgame player since 1928 and their stuff can range from $500 headphones to $10K reference heads. The TLM itself costs $1500 when it's not on sale.

Fun fact, Neumann's also the very reason why we have 48V Phantom Power and why we don't have to buy an entirely new audio setup when we buy new XLR microphones, so kudos to them for that one.
