That's night blindness... if it is anything... But apart from that nothing, that I know of... (I mean, It IS hard to see in a forest during the night...)
AND even if she has the wrong eyes, it might be, that she has the wrong type of glasses...

You mean being bird-eyed? Glasses doesn't really help you see in dark places, unless they were night-vision goggles.
