The text here is pretty, uh, weird, kind of had me confused. She's ending her lines with 'nau', and a couple with 'ngu nau'. I guess the 'ngu' is some English pun with 'ing,' but the 'nau' still has me stumped. Anyone have any input?

I'm guessing the 'ngu' is supposed to be '-ing' as you suggested, and 'nau' is supposed to be 'now.'
It definitely reads like a twitter feed.

I get it now... Since it's twitter updates Nagato is the artist twitter update and haruhi is the reply (I think) or this is based on an update he seen since I didn't look at his twitter. Either way who wants a tweet about sum1 getting on the job so to speek, not whoever haruhi is based on in this pic.
