I noticed that in 0:33, Miku winks and bobs her upper body while stuck in the hole. In the non-innuendo version, she does not bob her upper body, and instead shifts her weight for another cutesy pose.

I like to think someone started clapping Miku right then and there, and she winked because she got penetrated.

Also, the third hand wears fake nails here, but it does not in the non-innuendo version.
