Have you ever taken a closer look at the Nijisanji logo? It's like a creature that threatens to consume any semblance of color that it is fed. Just thought that was kind of a neat observation

Nijisanji's been burning through public goodwill like its oil with its treatment of its EN branch, especially Selen.

A v-tuber in the NijiEN branch was recently terminated after being incommunicado under sketchy circumstances, and said v-tuber shot back at the company under their original Tuber identity with accusations and receipts about bullying, broken promises, and basically rotten business practices. This is just the latest in a line of departures after many graduations (V-Tuber speak for a voluntary departure) under similarly dubious circumstances.

Don't forget that the official company statement on Selen's termination basically describes her as the single worst employee you could have, yet somehow they felt inclined to keep her for two years despite allegedly being impossible to work with. Obviously, these claims come across as extremely dishonest, especially with multiple people that have worked with Niji coming out to call bullshit on the idea that Selen is anything but ultra sweet and wonderful to work with.

The jokes about nijisanji as a black company is less humorous as it goes.

Correction though graduation isnt a V-tuber jargon so to say its more like idol industry jargon in general

Fair, I forgot that they took it from idol industry lingo since they were originally conceived as virtual idols.

    Here is the kicker.

The supposed "idol company" (Hololive) treats its employees as SOLID GOLD with diamonds cheery on top all the time.

Meanwhile, Niji was never labeled as one in all of the time i been hearing about. Niji was labeled as more of a "Streamer/entertainment company", yet in light of recent events, they are behaving like akin to a black company/cookie-cutter idol company instead.
