eve online ship contest entry.

from the beginning of work, i was imagine it as a recon battleship but i would like to be more realistic in eve concept:

its a tier3 electronic warfare battleship.

i think ccp has doing next generation spaceship design at eve universe. it was good to being in it for around 6 years.

so... i tried to catch the quality.
