Yuka and Shizuha go to the same school? Unless their middle school and high school are together in one campus, which isn't anything strange considering I studied in schools that put kindergarten, elementary school, middle school, and high school together in one campus.
1) There really is school and Yuuka is justifying her skipping to take care of Shizuha. In which case...awwww.
2) There isn't school, and she sent Minoriko off just for the hell of it. In which case...kinda awww, kinda...Lily rubbing off on her much more violent little sister.

Nah, she really has a cold. The first panel has her flushed and sweating. Her lack of same in the last one is just likely due to her confusing and/or the artist forgetting to add those details.
