Anything behind a subscription paywall like Patreon is a paid reward. This post isn't a paid reward, it's just tagged paid reward available because it has nude variants available on their Patreon.

"Indicates that the artist has an alternate version of the post, or materials relating to the post, available as a paid reward. Generally the artist has linked to the reward in the post's commentary." try checking the wiki of the tags if you arent sure what they mean/are for.
