So no one here thought about the story about the group of people that all had something weird about them. One could make himself as long as the tallest mountain (not unlike what Reimu is doing) one could make himself as wide as a whole field and the last one had such a strong vision that if he removed the blinkers he would literally see 'through' the nearest things (aka. literally break them appart by seeing through them)
I dunno I felt like it might be a reference to that, but maybe I am wrong.
