Dear Commanders,
The neural upgrade of 100 Shiki will be accessible on Dec. 26th, which will make her an even more valuable asset on the battlefield. Her second skill "Sakura Blizzard" features two modes that offer different tactical advantages. Her special equipment Type 11 Signal Flare will increase both accuracy and echelon accuracy.
