    東煌所属の軽巡洋艦。面倒見のいいみんなのお姉さんで相談役。
    頭がよく、策を出すことにも長けているほか、こと将棋に関しては鎮海にも敵う腕前。
    キッチン立ち入り禁止されるぐらい料理の腕が壊滅的。

    I’m back: I clearly wasn’t right lol, and now I feel stupid for not recognizing Namyo’s art XD. I think I thought the style was familiar, and got it into my head that Dish did it because he retweeted Chi An specifically on his Twitter. I’ll try harder to guess it right next time!
